Charter School SOES Processing

This service is for Public Schools to monitor the Charter School enrollments via the SOES/ODDEX system and work with Charter Schools to correct information such as addresses to be in the correct school district. This is to help the public School determine transportation services and other public school services. We monitor the SOES information 12 months of the year. We e-mail to charter school parents 2 times year and communicate with the charter schools to make correction on the returned mail and we do home checks to make sure the students live at that address.
